upon small
informal groups that ensure that all those present get the most out of
the tutor
time.
'Tailor Made' Lessons
You agree the syllabus and the lesson times with your tutor - perfect if
you have a busy schedule and cannot make the same time each week,
if you have a very specific learning requirement, or if you want to learn
at the same time as your partner, friends or colleagues from work. The
course will be adapted to your specific requirements and will ensure that
you have mastered the topics before moving on. You will agree the
balance of lesson work and homework with the tutor depending upon
your needs and other commitments.
'Set Courses'
These follow a set course meeting each week at a set time and location
(Canary Wharf & Swiss Cottage). Just like at school, these courses follow
a set course book, but unlike school the class size is limited to six people.
There will be homework set and you will need to keep up to get the most
out of the course.
