- Fees
Lessons need to be pre-paid in advance by cheque or electronic
transfer in blocks of a minimum of six hours. In case of intensive
classes where a week of classes exceed 6 hours per week, the
minimum to pay in advance is a week classes.
- Cancellations
If lessons are cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson is due
to start the lesson is forfeited. If more than 24 hours notice is given
you are free to arrange the lesson for another time.Should your teacher need to reschedule a class for you, they will give
you a minimum of 24 hours notice, failing which you will be provided with
not only the class you have paid for (rescheduled, of course), but also
an extra class free of charge.

Fees
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course in order to
reserve the place; payment may be by cheque or electronic transfer.Course fees are non-refundable after four weeks before the course start
date. (Cancellations made with more than four week's notice before the
start of a course will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge).We reserve the right to cancel courses, refunding all participants on a
pro-rata basis with no administration charge deduction.-
Start DatesWhere your lesson day falls on a Bank Holiday your lesson will be moved to
the following week with the course continuing to run for the set number of

Role of Parents / Carers
Our Under 5’s classes require the parent/ carer to be present or available
at the location of the class.
Start Dates
Where your lesson day falls on a Bank Holiday your lesson will be moved to

* Where there are extenuating circumstances refunds may be considered
on a pro-rata basis subject to the deduction of a discretionary administration
fee of up to 25% of the total course fee.
