Fees
As a minimum we
require payment in advance for six hours of tuition at the
commencement of each six session block, however, if you choose to pay for
longer periods this helps cut down the cheque writing and banking.
If you choose to pay for a block of 12 sessions of tuition -or more- in
advance
we provide a 5% discount. Payment must be to Spanish 2 Go and not to your
tutor – payment must be by cheque or electronic transfer; we do not accept
cash.
Conduct & Conditions
Our tutors are people too; they expect to be treated with
respect and courtesy
and to be allowed to teach in safe and appropriate conditions. We reserve the
right to cancel any course of lessons providing at least 24 hours notice as
detailed
below.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a lesson, we require a minimum of 24
hours advance notice,
failing which you forfeit the class. Should your teacher need to reschedule a
class
for you they will give you a minimum of 24 hours notice, failing which you will
be
provided with not only the class you have paid for (rescheduled of course) but
also
an extra class free of charge. Any refunds will be calculated on a simple
pro-rata
basis less a £5 administration chargeable by Spanish 2 Go.
* Where there are extenuating circumstances refunds may be considered
on a
pro-rata basis subject to the deduction of a discretionary administration
fee of
up to 25% of the total course fee.
